To gain access for the first time, simply enter your email on file as a username and then select "forgot password".

Your email address must be the one on file with the CANB.

 If your email is not on file with the CANB, please click here to provide it and our staff will be happy to set your account up for you. 

CONNECT TO MEMBER PORTAL:

Please follow the steps below to sign into your new membership portal.

1.Set up your password:

Click the button to open the new Member Portal, enter your Email address in the Username field and click “Forgot password?”.

The username is your email used on CANB account.

If email was not previously provided, or email has to be changed, please contact CANB at [email protected]

2. Email notification:

An automatic email will be sent to reset your password. Click this link and continue to step 3.

Remember to check the junk folder if the email is not received in the Inbox.

3. Enter your new password, confirm, and click "Submit".

You have now access to your member portal.

4. Pay your license renewal fee: 

Simply go to the section of “Payment” and select the invoice. Add it to the cart and follow the process to submit the payment.

From the portal, members can download receipt, invoice, license, and set up reminders, notifications and automatic license renewal.
